Furthermore, no person may enroll in the online training program unless the following criteria are met in all particulars:
1) Person must be at least 18 years of age. [See next paragraph 2) below]
2) If the person is 16 or 17 years of age then such a person MUST submit the written permission of his/her parent or guardian who may legally give such permission for this training. Such permission must state: a) name of prospective trainee; b) name of parent or guardian giving this permission; c) phone numbers of both parties in a) and b) who will be contacted for verification of permission; d) address of legal residence of both parties in a) and b); e) who is making payment and by what method f) payment is being made by an adult on behalf of such a 16 or 17 year minor – not by the minor himself/herself. g) A valid signature of the parent or guardian responsible and able to give such permission to take this Training seminar must be offered with the letter of written permission. Verification of permission letter contents will be made by phone and such verification process must be agreed upon by applicant and adult parent or guardian signing the permission letter.
3) A “non-refundable” $75 application fee must be submitted with arrangements for the full balance due of the total amount of $600- for the Internet Marketing Training 10 week seminar offer made on the website at www.LeveragingInfluence.com. Non-refundable in this paragraph means that, if COMPANY does not reject the application, then the fee will not be returned.
4) Every applicant will be called to make sure of the above stipulations. If the application is not accepted, the fee will refunded. If the application is accepted then the $75 will be applied to the balance of $600- due for the course (leaving $525 due as balance).
5) The seminar will only be conducted in English. There is no capacity to put this is another language. Buyer agrees not to request special considerations for language differences from standard English as used currently in continental United States.
6) Reasons for non-acceptance of the application:
1. Failure as a minor of 16 or 17 years of age to comply with any applicable criteria in this section 1b.
2. Failure to pay the $75 application fee
3. Failure to submit truthful or complete (as required) information requested in the sign up process.
4. Failure to have access to a computer and internet (or phone).
5. Must legally reside in Continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, Territories of the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand.
6. All offers are intended for conformity to the laws of the United States. All participants must agree to conform to such standards as imposed by law where applicable.
7. Any forms submitted for agreement to applicant (if any) must be signed and returned when and if requested by COMPANY.
7) COMPANY does not discriminate as to race, religious affiliation, color, gender, or national origin.
8) Money will be refunded, if applicant withdraws prior to the following specifications:
1. No $75 application fee will be refunded once applicant is accepted, as this is an application for the screening process.
2. The amount of the $525 will be refunded in total (if paid already by applicant), up to, but not including, the date of the first class. On or before the date of the third class, one half of the amount paid (less half the price of the seminar including application fee ) will be refunded only.
3. No refunds will be issued after the date of the fourth class (lesson)
Ic. Service and Pricing Information:
This website is offering a Training seminar in Internet Marketing. The service will be conducted through personnel of Leveraginginfluence LLC. and will be conducted over the phone (phone conferencing) and will utilize emails, newsletters, CDs, archive of resources for participants, and a one Lesson (hour to an hour and a half) per week for 10 weeks.Leveraging Influence LLC may also, at its discretion, invite outside speakers/lecturers to participate in the lessons so as to enrich the learning experience from other perspective(s). Other materials will be added as bonus materials over the following 8 months after the seminar is finished so as to continue providing informative tips/resources/support for all (paid) participants yet enrolled in the program.
